Durigo is a community map. The durian you find on it was reported by someone else, and what you add helps the next person. These terms set out what the app is, what we ask of you while you use it, and where the limits sit. Opening the app or this website means you accept them.

Durigo is built and operated by [legal entity name]. On this page, "we" and "us" mean Durigo, and "you" means the person using the app or this website. If you use Durigo for a business, such as a store you run, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
You can reach a person at support@durigo.app. We read everything that arrives there.
Durigo shows where durian is being sold and what other people found when they got there. Stock, prices, varieties and ratings come from the community, and sometimes from the store owner. None of it is written or checked by us, so it can be out of date, mistaken, or simply someone else's taste.
We do not sell durian and we are not part of any purchase you make. Price, weight, quality, payment and anything else you agree with a vendor is between you and them. Treat what you read here as a good lead rather than a promise, and check before you buy.
Ripeness, taste and quality notes on Durigo are opinions, not food safety advice. Inspect what you buy, ask the seller, and take allergies and your own health seriously.
Durian is also restricted in plenty of hotels, buildings, vehicles and flights. Those rules belong to whoever set them, and nothing here waives any of them.
An account is how your contributions stay yours. A few conditions come with it:
Durigo works because the reports on it are honest. These are the lines:
Your photos, notes and ratings stay yours. By posting them you give us permission to store, display and share them inside Durigo, and in material promoting Durigo, worldwide and free of charge, for as long as they are on the platform. You confirm that what you post is yours to share.
Contributions are public by design. What you post appears with your username and profile picture. If you want one gone, delete it in the app and it comes off the map.
We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Anything on Durigo can be reported: use "Report a problem" on the store, or "Report" on the individual update you mean. You can also email support@durigo.app.
We review reports and act within 24 hours. That means removing content that breaks these rules and suspending or closing the accounts behind it. We also remove things we find ourselves, without waiting for a report. Serious cases go to the authorities.
You can claim your store from its page in the app. A claim lets you keep the listing accurate and respond to what users report. Claim only a store you actually own or are authorised to represent, and expect a false claim to be removed.
Owning a listing is not editorial control over it. You can correct the facts about your store. You cannot delete honest ratings and reviews because you dislike them.
The app, this website, the Durigo name, the logo and the durian artwork are ours and stay ours. These terms give you the right to use Durigo. They do not give you the right to copy it, rebrand it, or build a competing product out of it.
If you installed the app from the App Store or Google Play, their terms apply to that download as well. Neither Apple nor Google is a party to this agreement, and neither of them is responsible for the app or for supporting it.
Features change, occasionally break, and sometimes disappear. We do not promise that the service is available at any given moment, that the map is complete where you are, or that what it shows is correct. Durigo is provided as it is, and we may change or discontinue any part of it.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for a wasted trip, a store that had sold out, a price that had moved, a variety that disappointed, or a deal with a vendor that went wrong. We are not liable for what other users post, or for lost data, lost profits, or knock-on losses.
None of this takes away rights the law gives you, including your consumer rights. Where the law says a liability cannot be limited, it is not limited here either.
You can stop using Durigo whenever you like and delete your account from Settings. The account deletion page explains what happens to your data and your contributions.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk. Some parts survive the account either way: the permission you gave for content still on the platform, and the liability limits above.
Durigo is moving quickly and these terms will move with it. When they change, the date at the top of this page changes too, and anything significant is announced in the app. Using Durigo after a change means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the law of [country], and disputes belong to the courts of [city]. If you use Durigo as a consumer somewhere else, the protections your own country gives you still stand.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of it keeps working.
